Unparalled Interior Design in Denver


Bollinger Design Group is a full-service interior design firm specializing in both residential and commercial design in Denver, Colorado. Since 1986, we have been established members of the Denver design community.

We have had the opportunity to use our talents through a broad range of projects, from small residential remodels, to large commercial multi-use projects with budgets in excess of one million dollars. Our growth has occurred mainly through referral and a reputation for honesty and integrity.

Pat Bollinger Simpson, ASID, CAPS

Our Fearless Leader

Pat has been owner and principal designer for Bollinger Design Group for over 25 years.  She is NCIDQ certified, is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).  She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro and a second Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute of Denver.   She was a faculty member for six years at the Interior Design Institute, teaching courses in Design History and Historic Preservation.  Pat was featured in the international edition of Who’s Who in Interior Design and her work has been published in Colorado Homes and Lifestyles magazine, The Denver Post, the Rocky Mountain News and Renew Magazine.

Pat is an award winning interior designer.  Her awards include the ASID Designer of Distinction Award, ASID Merit Award in Kitchen Design and a First Place Crystal Award for Single Space, Private Area for a Master Suite.

Dorothy Duben, Allied ASID

Senior Designer

Dorothy has been with Bollinger Design Group for over six years.  Before coming to Bollinger Design Group she worked for a commercial interior design firm in Denver that specialized in hospitality design.

She is an Allied member of ASID and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in Textile Design.  She also has a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Interior Design from Colorado State University. Before receiving her degree from Colorado State, Dorothy worked on the space shuttle program at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida where she was an engineering planner for 18 years.

Dorothy was on the project team which won First Place in the ASID Crystal Awards for Best Hospitality Space Over 10,000 Square Feet.

Eden Cohen, Allied ASID

Associate Designer

Eden serves as an Associate Interior Designer for Bollinger Design. She is adept at concept development, design drafting, interior FF&E selections, 3D rendering and presentation design.

Eden graduated from the University of Miami, Miami, FL with a Bachelor of Science Degree after completing a double major in Politics and Public Affairs and in Advertising, as well as fulfilling a minor in Marketing. She also earned an Interior Design degree at Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, CO. While at ACC, she served as the ACC American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) student chapter President and was awarded “Student of the Quarter” by the ASID Colorado Chapter.

Eden is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) where she is currently serving on the Emerging Professionals Committee and the Crystal Awards Committee for the Colorado Chapter. She is also a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the Denver Does Design Event Committee where she serves as Social Media Chairman.

Outside of design, Eden enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring Denver’s cultural, art, music and food scenes, spending time in the outdoors, as well as traveling for experiences and inspiration.
