In this spectacular Denver Polo Reserve home, the clients wanted everything upgraded and updated in the designated areas, including the addition of a coffee and wine bar in the master bedroom, remodeling the master bath, redesigning the fireplace wall in the family room and designing a new front door. They also wanted to change the finishes throughout the house including flooring, lighting, paint, window treatments, two powder rooms updated, more closet space, a new pantry and new master bedroom furniture.
Bollinger Design Group worked with the clients to update the home with new finishes and new lighting to enhance and compliment their extensive art collection. The clients also wanted their fireplace and TV wall in the family room updated and redesigned to create a display and storage cabinet for their children’s equestrian trophies and awards. Challenges included bizarre angles and curved walls throughout the house, varying ceiling heights, space constraints, a vast art collection and trophy collection.
We created a master suite retreat by redesigning the master bath and adding a coffee/wine bar in the master bedroom. An additional closet was created taking space from the master bedroom and space from the master bath. The master bathroom was redesigned to include a single shower/tub enclosure and new curved vanity area. The lighting was improved and art was hung throughout the house so to enhance and display the client’s extensive art collection. A new fireplace wall in the family room was redesigned to include a trophy case and entertainment area. Flooring was changed throughout the home and a new tiled entry was designed that included a round tiled medallion set in a tile rug. By making these improvements and updates, BDG created a feeling of modern luxury and elegance in the home.
